i appreciated the fine views available from various spots. These included the pool deck and the room balcony. The breakfast offered a generous selection with freshly made items. The shuttle bus service was punctual and reliable. The drivers were helpful and prioritized safety and enjoyment for the passengers.

the hotel is somewhat isolated. (this is quite inconvenient) there are no nearby supermarkets or alternative dining options. Drinks were expensive at the hotel. The cost was €7.50 for 440ml of beer. an aperol spritz was priced at €12.

The bathroom had issues. Half of the lamp was hanging, and the sliding door lock was broken. Cleanliness was a real problem! I found a lot of dirt under the beds. The room's hygiene was not up to par, it was frustrating

The pool had a wonderful area to relax in. We loved the convenient shuttle bus, it made getting into town easy! The room I had was simple but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. The view from the balcony was wonderful to wake up to!

I found the breakfast selection a little limited, I would've liked a wider variety of options.

The customer care and service were Really good. The team was always so respectful, gentle and compassionate in every situation. The views proved amazing and transport to and from town felt easy. The hourly shuttle was useful and timely. I cannot explain how relaxing the lounge area and the rooms are.

The walls felt somewhat thin. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms occasionally.

The hotel is located up in the hills and provides a great view. I appreciated the free shuttle bus that ran to and from the main area daily. The bed was comfortable and made my sleep enjoyable. The shower was also very nice.

The pool did not have enough parasols.

The breakfast had many delicious options. I tried various local pastries. Dinner meals were ok, but if you wanted something that wasn't offered on the set menu, you did have to pay extra. This was reasonable considering the quality.
